Story as Medicine

We craft immersive storytelling rituals
that give our inner worlds outer form — through myth, play, art, and technology.

The invisible made visible

Stories are not
simply things
we tell.

They shape how we perceive ourselves, each other, and the world around us. They influence what we pay attention to, what we value, and what futures we believe are possible.

Every culture emerges through stories.
Every transformation begins when we see differently.
New stories become possible.

We call story medicine because stories shape how we experience ourselves, one another, and the world. When those stories become visible, they can be questioned, transformed, and renewed.

Stories are not explained.
They are experienced.

Enchantment, not escape

Fantasy as escape from reality? We use imagination not to escape reality, but to engage it more consciously. The stories we inhabit shape what we notice, what we create, and what futures become possible.

01

A landscape becomes
a mirror.

Deepening relationship with ourselves and the living world.

02

A ritual becomes
a conversation.

Deepening relationship with one another.

03

A game becomes a rehearsal for a possible future.

Exploring, influencing, and discovering ourselves within the story.

Participants are invited to inhabit the story, influence it, and discover themselves within it.

Ancient and emerging

Myth, Play,
Art, and Technology

We work at the intersection of ancient and emerging ways of knowing, drawing from mythic traditions, participatory art, embodied ritual, and responsive technologies.

We create spaces where imagination becomes a shared social act.

Technology as medium

Technology is not a substitute for human experience.
It is a medium for participation, imagination, and relationship.

From audience to participant

Most contemporary culture is designed for consumption.
Our work explores another possibility.

Presence

People do not arrive to receive a message. They arrive as co-creators inside a living story. The experience itself becomes a cultural commons: a temporary space where new relationships, meanings, and futures can emerge.

Cultural commons

A federation of possible futures

Radiant IRIS is cultivating a growing ecosystem of cultural commons around the world. Each portal, gathering, installation, and experience becomes part of a larger field where communities can remember and reimagine who they are.

Together, these experiences form a growing network of cultural commons: places where possible futures are played, practiced, and walked into together.

Where we are going

Possible futures are played, practiced,
and walked into together.
